Future Cruise Certificates - Change booking?

Lets say I buy a Future Cruise Certificate onboard a Royal ship. Then, six months later use it to book a specific voyage. And then a few months after that, I want to change to a different cruise. I used to be able to do this. Can I still do it now under the new rules introduced this year?

Can be changed many times with no problems. Don't forget to change the reservation and not to cancel it.

 

Also many have reported that even if you do not have a specific date set it is best to book a cruise with a specific date to get the higher OBC. C&A are apparently allowing you to do one maybe 2 date changes before losing your OBC.

Effective March 15, 2014, the new OBC amounts when creating an Open Booking on board (formerly known as a NextCruise booking). OBC is per cabin.
