Port of Miami transport between terminals

The wife and I will be cruising the Carnival Glory the week of 10-11-14 and the MSC Divina the following week, both sailing out of the Port of Miami. What is the best way to get from one terminal to the other? I'm thinking a taxi but the driver sure would not be happy about such a short drive only to have to go back and get in line for another fare. Don't know if your allowed to walk.

 

If you have had a similar situation how did you handle it?

You can walk between terminals. It's not illegal and it's not that far provided you don't have mobility issues.

 

Offer a good tip and a porter will take your bags.

If the MSC is docked on the same side as your Carnival ship then it will be easy to walk between the terminals.

 

If per chance MSC is docked on the other side then you will want to take a taxi.
