Cruiser Nonna Posted September 11, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 11, 2014 Have read through the online list of what now is included if you are Elite Plus - but have a few questions and would appreciate any help - In regards to "complimentary cappuccinos, latte, espressos" - is this everywhere on the ship or one location? Unlimited? Evening cocktail hour - what exactly is served - set drinks or can order what you prefer? 200 internet minutes - can this be applied to a larger package "Coffee house breakfast"? what is included - last year on Solstice it was listed as simply - continental breakfast and was held in the Silk Harvest Restaurant. Any other suggestions greatly appreciated - Thank you as always -

happicruzer Posted September 11, 2014 #3 Share Posted September 11, 2014 Have read through the online list of what now is included if you are Elite Plus - but have a few questions and would appreciate any help - In regards to "complimentary cappuccinos, latte, espressos" - is this everywhere on the ship or one location? Unlimited? Just be aware that you will probably have to specify 'complimentary or free' or spend time at Guest Services having the charge removed. If you have a beverage package no problem, they just don't seem to look for the 'PLUS'. Evening cocktail hour - what exactly is served - set drinks or can order what you prefer? There is a beverage listing of some drink types and/or brands of liquor, no frozen drinks, some house wines and beers. 200 internet minutes - can this be applied to a larger package Your invoice will show the purchase amount and show a credit equal to your level; you used to turn in a coupon (not sure if Celebrity has upgraded to online credit). "Coffee house breakfast"? what is included - last year on Solstice it was listed as simply - continental breakfast and was held in the Silk Harvest Restaurant. Haven't experienced the new service-style breakfast vs the old buffet. Will be on Summit next month. Any other suggestions greatly appreciated - Thank you as always - Have a good cruise. Nachosdelux Posted September 11, 2014 #4 Share Posted September 11, 2014 On the Silhouette last month, we got internet coupons (along with rest of the Elite coupons.) However, on the Elite welcome letter, it gave instructions on how to get the free (90 minutes in our case) internet package. You registered online and it automatically gave you a free package. No need to do anything with the coupons. The Elite breakfast was in the Tuscan grill. It was the same offerings as the buffet (maybe 10 items) but they were ordered from a waiter, off a menu. It was explained to us that the buffet was no longer permitted in a carpeted area, for hygienic reasons.
Northern Aurora Posted September 11, 2014 #5 Share Posted September 11, 2014 We found that we really enjoyed the free lattes etc. now offered to Elite+ and almost every night enjoyed one after dinner. Only one time did a server at the Cafe al Bacio try to give me a slip to sign -- I just pointed out that my sea pass card indicated that I was in the Elite+ CC level, and she quickly removed the charge. Rare cruisestitch Posted September 11, 2014 #6 Share Posted September 11, 2014 I've had similar experiences -- if the barista made out a slip to sign, I pointed out the Elite Plus and it was quickly voided -- never had to go to Guest Relations to have the charge removed from the SeaPass account. ozark74 Posted September 12, 2014 #7 Share Posted September 12, 2014 We just got back from two weeks on the Infinity and got different coffee drinks at Bacio everyday. Never asked to sign no problem. The Elite Coffee break was a full buffet, self serve. This was the first time we have seen eggs, bacon, potatoes. Had internet coupons but did not need them. When you log in it shows how many minutes you get. You don't pick the package as we did before. It was very easy to setup.
Cruiser Nonna Posted September 12, 2014 Author #8 Share Posted September 12, 2014 Thank you all for your quick replies - always great information - When receiving the coffees - do you each have to show your card - or will they accept one (very bad about carrying mine) - same thing at the cocktail hour - do they check each of our cards each time we go? Thanks again -
WestLakeGirl Posted September 12, 2014 #9 Share Posted September 12, 2014 (edited) One card, one coffee Two cards needed for two coffees If the drinks are at a closed "private" Elite venue, each shows a card to gain entrance If its vouchers, each person gets three per night Edited September 12, 2014 by WestLakeGirl
