Agree, it's the little things that make you feel wanted even though you are a lowly explorer and have no chance of reaching the next level in the next 10 years. Many people have to work, have family commitments, elderly relatives etc and can't do several cruises a year.

 

Mr Pimentel, thank you for posting, hopefully you will take notice of the lowly as well as the high level Azamara LCV members.

Show that our voices make a difference. Many ships travel to the same area and we do have choices. Inviting a guest in and doing something special that they can see immediately is one way of showing your appreciation for their visit (loyalty), whether it is a house guest or a loyal customer retailers know these days with competition you need a hook.

Just returned from B2b which included laundry and Internet. Thanks for that, as the on board laundry is flat out all the time, so our bag per week was good for us and good for those without the benefit, as we would otherwise be another laundry user. Internet on 20/8 cruise fundamentally didn't work but as we hadn't paid for it, it was a minor frustration - would have demanded refund if we'd paid. So, if you're genuinely taking feedback on board, then reinstating laundry and Internet seems a no brainer.
