Cruising for the first time with the grandchildren - 17 month old twins. Will be on the Glory. Is Muster Drill any different with babies with us?

Don't think it is......

Seems I remember seeing people pass by carrying babies to Muster.

In our experience, yes. Four cruises with our son under 3 we had muster in one of the lounges or the dining room. Specifically, on the Glory we were in a dining room for it. Carnival crew immediately sent us over to one of those locations each time, which in my opinion, was a way better process for muster. We had muster like that before kids on RCI, don't know why Carnival continues to have people line up in smothering rows outdoors. If you have the twins in a stroller, I don't see how you could line up out there anyway.

Every one met in a designated indoor area for muster on my last Carnival cruise a couple months ago.

Prior to that, I was escorted to an area designated for people with disabilities and there were several parents with kids in strollers. I didn't know this area existed, but when the staff saw my hip to ankle brace (knee surgery the day before the cruise) they offered this alternative.

It was not an auditorium and I am smart enough to have located my true muster station in case it was needed.

Having infants or young children should not make any difference in a safety drill(IMO) . IF something went wrong and you had to immediately go to your muster area, meeting in the auditorium would not be an option!!

We went to our muster location, knew exactly where it was, and then was directed to go to a lounge/dining room. Absolutely no issues with knowing where to go in the event of an emergency.

Yes it's different.

All the kids get wrist bands that contain their muster information. You will be receiving special instructions on how you are reunited with your children should an emergency arise. Pay tench.

Not kids under 2. They are expected to be with parents at all times.
