Difficulty applying for aus. Visa

This morning my DH applied for and received his ETA Australian Visa. However, when I applied for mine, I was refused because our shared e-mail address had already been used in DH's application. Has anyone else run into this problem? Did you have to get your own e-mail address?

I have run into this problem on other sites where I had closed an account and had to reopen it. I just got a hotmail e-mail address and everything was fine.

I just got a visa for my wife and I at visacentral.ca using the same email address with no problem.

I used this same site to get 3 visas from the same email address we travelled from UK in Feb this year. DH DD and myself. And my daughter is over 21 so its not like she is a dependent.

You can apply for as many people as you wish on the same email address because the details of each person are different.

 

Make sure you go through the official web address listed a couple of posts above do not use "Auto Fill" computer feature:)

Thanks for all your responses. We did try a second time and could not re-use our joint e-mail, so I just opened my own and voila - I have a visa:D
