Passenger photo id

As is the case with many other cruise lines..do passengers when they first embark on the Marina get their photos taken and that is transfered to their ID which works as a stateroom key as well as a charge card? Does O provide a small wallet case for these ID's

Your photo is taken, but it only on file for security. It is not on your room key/ID card.

I've been told the butlers have access to identify returning passengers.

Your photo is not on your card. The photo is visible to the security officer when you scan your card. I was behind two people whose appearance did not match their card and the officer told them to switch their cards.

Yes, they do give you a little case in which you can carry the card.

The photo is embed in the strip on the card ...so when they swipe your card the info comes up on the screen

 

The security guy showed me once ...I wanted to see how scary I looked :D
