Does Cruise Peronalizer Not work at night?

Since booking our upcoming cruise about a month ago, I have tried checking our cabin status, shop shore excursions, etc. several times late at night / in the early morning hours, and it seems each time I do that I can't log in, and keep getting caught in a loop where it asks me to log in over and over. However everything works fine when I try this during the day or even in the evening up until midnight or so. If this were once or twice I would suspect the system being down for some scheduled service, but every time has me wondering if Princess just has scheduled down time every night. Has anyone else experienced this around 1-3 am central time?

I don't know what Princess has scheduled for down time to service and back up their computers. However having been in the IT consulting business, companies will schedule down time in the wee hours of the morning keeping in mind the four US time zones. I have noticed that Princess seems to quite regularly schedule system down time in the wee hours as I have seen the same situation. I have spent many hours in the wee hours working on a computer system updating its software and making changes.

Why not call Princess and ask them?:)

Even Cruise Critic shuts down for an hour or two during the night. :)

Haven't noticed, but this is common among a lot of companies.

Use your personalizer between 8am and midnight and you shouldn't have an issue. :)
