GUT2407 Posted October 14, 2014 #1 Share Posted October 14, 2014 (edited) I note that the Celebrity web site [if that's what you want to call it] has a gifts by Celebrity link, where you can purchase items and have them delivered. Are these items available to buy on board or do you have to order them onlne [since every time I try the site is down it is hard]. There is an item someone, who shall remain nameless, wants and to be honest as well as the web site issues if I leave it till we embark I can use OBC to pay, as we have a drinks package not sure what else I'll use it on. Rare cruisestitch Posted October 14, 2014 #2 Share Posted October 14, 2014 AFAIK you cannot buy the Gifts by Celebrity on board, they can only be ordered ahead of time, through the website, or by calling Celebrity, or through a travel agent. As for what to spend your OBC on, consider all the following: shore excursions, casino, gift shops, massages, hairdresser, photos, airport transfers, beverages above the price allowance of your beverage package, wine tastings, specialty dining, internet, bottles of wine, and gratuities if not prepaid. Thanks for that. I'm sure she will find something for the OBC, but we don't drink and have non-alcoholic packagages, so that's out, this cruise we know what we want to do at each port, in two catch family the 3rd she wants to go to the markets, grats are pre-paid, she has a personal massage therapist and because of a neck injury won't let just anyone work on her so could go on, but it looks lke a trip to the gift shop.
