Meet and Greet question for moderator

Hi! I'm hoping you can answer a question. There is a group of us on a roll call that are trying to sign up for our meet and greet and it isn't working. Do you know if we contact Celebrity Cruise Line, or is that site from Cruise Critic?

That is run completely by Celebrity and is only linked to CC. Many have complained that the signup is not working correctly lately.

I actually emailed one of the Celebrity email addresses because I've not been able to sign up for one of my upcoming cruises that is less than 6 months out. I was told they are working on it and to try after October 28.

I signed up for our Century 22/03/15 Connections Party with no problem very early this morning. If I had remembered there was the 'sticky' saying there was a problem I probably wouldn't have tried.

I have also been unable to sign up for the Summit March 21, 2015 sailing. It says that it is not a valid sailing date for the Summit. But March 14 and March 28 are good and have people signed up. Very strange.

We've been having the same difficulty with our May, 2015 Summit cruise. Others have reported similar problems with various 2015 cruises. One ray of hope came today from X's poster on this board (CelebrityCruises):
