Are Deviation Fees Refundable?

If a cruise is cancelled prior to final payment, are any paid air deviation and flight differential fees also refunded?

I'm not so sure that that is true.

 

The Air Deviation fee is definitely, non-refundable, from the moment that the Passenger accepts the route, but I don't believe that the Cruise Line may keep the differential fee's unless they were in turn lost to the Airline.
