I know you can at the Omelet station and I'd bet you could in the MDR. That's my breakfast of choice on the ships :).

Yes you can.....MDR or buffet. Pretty sure my daughter in law ordered just egg whites even at the Sea Day Brunch. 😉

The guys who work on the omelet station are always willing to help, In fact, you can specify fresh eggs in an omelet if you want instead of the precracked ones.

You can ask the matre'd fpr anything you want within reason and they will get it for you. My dad wanted blueberry pancakes every morning and he had them on the buffet.....JUST ASK FOR IT.

Yes, I had one most mornings on our 16 day Hawaii cruise. I also like mine a little on the well-done side (don't like them runny), and I had no problem getting them done just how I liked them.

 

I did this on Lido and in the MDR, however success was better on the Lido deck because you are right there when it is being made.
