Casino hours on Alaska Cruises

Taking my first Alaska cruise- 7 days southbound from Seward to Vancouver.

 

What should I expect regarding the casino being opened? There is only one day listed "at sea". One is cruising Glazier Bay and another Inside Passage. Three other days are port days.

 

Also, I do not know how far we get out from the coast. So do we have to be in international waters for the casino to be open?
