Apparently so, order at the counter and pick up. Al a carte pricing too.

According to the reports, on Quantum it is now a la carte window/counter service only. Considering they put JR smack in the middle of the pool deck on Quantum, that probably made sense.

Sounds like their answer to Carnival's Guy Fieri's burgers (except for the charge). :(
