Alcohol Question

I have never cruise with Norwegian, but am a seasoned Carnival cruiser. Carnival has a bon voyage program that lets you pre-order a full size bottle of spirits for your room. Does Norwegian have this service available? And if so, can someone post the link? The UBP is not cost effective since only one of us drinks alcohol. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
