Where do you find the OBC noted on your booking?

You don't. Your e-mail letting you know that it was applied is verification. Bring the e-mail with you, and confirm at the Front Desk (concierge if you're in a suite) that everything is as it should be.

 

You don't have to stand in line as soon as you board to get this done, but could check later that evening, or early the next morning. The Front Desk is open 24 hrs/day, so you can wait until the initial rush has died down.

Where do you find the OBC noted on your booking? HAL responded to our email very quickly but I don't know where to check it, in our booking. Thanks

 

If you booked though Holland you can see it online with you billing information. If you booked through a TA you cannot see it, but the TA can.
