Guest Resolutions - contact info?

I'm trying to get an email address and an actual address for the correct departments to send a letter regarding an issue that arose in connection with a cruise. It seems like Guest Resolutions is the department with the most power (as opposed to Crown & Anchor, general customer service, reservations, etc.). Does anyone have the correct contact info? Also, what other departments would you recommend? It had to deal generally with the reservation itself. For instance, should I cc Crown & Anchor? If so, is there a specific email for different Crown & Anchor levels (we're D+).
