In the last few days the Guest Relations Manager on board has been very active in communicating with us over what happened (I should say what didn't happen ) on Embarkation Day. She has been very kind and we appreciate her efforts on our behalf. She makes a good representative for HAL. We sail on . . . Thanks for the update. While I'm glad they are now trying to make things better for you, they would have to go a very long way to make me happy again after an experience like this. Wishing you all the best!
