tvaud Posted December 9, 2014 #1 Share Posted December 9, 2014 The question of a Meet & Greet has been coming up on our roll call. No one seems to know who to contact and how to go about setting one up. We will be on the Coral in February. Any suggestions would help. Thanks. paul929207 Posted December 9, 2014 #4 Share Posted December 9, 2014 I am not sure if the above or my info is more current, so you may need to try both. LaurieCM Posted December 9, 2014 #5 Share Posted December 9, 2014 Just send an e-mail to one of those princesscruises.coms- list your ship and sail date in the subject- they will respond and also forward your info to the correct event coordinator. They will set up a time and place for your M&G- the place will depend on the number of people in your group. It will be in a bar with a "no-Host" bar (there will be a bartender and anyone can purchase drinks), they will set out the regular bar snacks- those little salty things you usually get in a bar. If they are not busy the Cruise Director and a couple officers may attend. Some cruise lines do more, but this is what Princess does, but at least they provide a space that is sort of private for the group to be in and get to know each other. Give the coordinator the current count and then 2 weeks before you sail you send an e-mail to her with the final number. Good luck! Have a great time. PotatoBug Posted December 10, 2014 #7 Share Posted December 10, 2014 Berna was the contact for our cruise on the Coral at the end of November so I assume it's still her. We had the Cruise Director, Customer Services Manager, Shore Excursion Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, and the Port Lecturer show up for our M&G. We sent personalized invitations to 17 crew but I don't know how much that helped.
