birdiebill Posted December 13, 2014 #1 Share Posted December 13, 2014 (edited) We attained Platinum in Princess' Captain Circle on completing our last cruise. When checking the boarding passes for our next cruise, the border is blue and there is nothing to indicate preferred boarding even though the Captain Circle page shows our status as Platinum. birdiebill Posted December 13, 2014 Author #4 Share Posted December 13, 2014 Error was in the Cruise Personalizer. The upcoming cruises were booked prior to when we took our fifth cruise. At that time we were Ruby in the Captain's Circle. Even though the Captain's Circle status was updated to Platinum within 3 or 4 days from when we completed the fifth cruise, the Cruise Personalizer does not automatically update for existing bookings. Once the Cruise Personalizer was updated manually by Princess to reflect the correct Captain's Circle status, the boarding pass showed up correctly.
