Last cruise both husband and I received a separate letter stating that we have casino credit on next cruise if booked within a certain time. My letter does not say anything about him and visa versa. Has anyone ever had success with getting both credits in the casino or do they limit it to one offer per cabin? Just asking -- Thanks

We just booked a week on the Emerald for January, largely due to a mailer we received. Each of us received an OBC offer for casino credits in our own mailer. When I logged into the Princess site, I saw the OBC state that it was per person. When I booked, we each got the same amount of casino OBC. I'm not sure if it mattered who was in the room with me.

Just to clarify, was this a letter given to you while still onboard? I don't have the answer to your question, but it may differ from casino offers being sent via email which do give OBC to two persons per cabin, in my experience. I would call the casino contact # and ask. If not on your letter, the # I have is 888-672-2582 (I hope it is okay to give that out--it is on Princess' website also).

Yes, these letters were given to us while still onboard. Thanks

We each got one of those onboard letters on a recent cruise and we both got the OBC on our next cruise. It wasn't actually OBC. We just had to take the letter to the casino cashier and they handed us the money. I have read a thread on here that you will get more money if you don't already have a cruise booked when you receive the letter. We applied the credit to a cruise we already had booked and it wasn't that much...as I recall it was $50 per person. People who didn't have another cruise booked at the time have reported getting up to $250. They're using the promotion as incentive to book a cruise. Enjoy!

With the letter, it is not an OBC, you must book another cruise within 30 days and take the letter to the casino cash cage to recieve cash. Must be booked withing 30 days and its pp not per cabin if you recieved the letter.

What if I recieved a letter on my Thanksgiving cruise offering casino money if cruise booked with in a time frame but I didn't save my letter? Should I call and ask about it?
