I think I usually go to the Royal Caribbean website, search boa rewards, and click on the link provided. However, I am currently getting a security warning when I follow their link.

On the royal Caribbean site:

 

Using the dropdown menus on the top of the page, select All About Cruising. then the last option Royal Carib Visa card.

 

At the bottom right of the page, you'll see Redeem Your Reward. Select Go To The Online Redemption Site

 

Then you get the page to which Bob provided the link.

I always call directly - 888-305-4626. It seems like they process everything faster when you talk to a real person:)

Thank you all for your so very prompt replies! The process is completed and I have my verification that my order has been received! Nice to know there are people out there that you can count on.
