Available alcohol?

Does anyone know if Mike's hard lemonade or Fireball whiskey is available onboard Princess ships?

I'd love it if Fireball were onboard but I don't think it is. Maybe someday.

We were on the Regal in mid November and Fireball had just been introduced. I can only assume it is on other Princess ships as well.

This is good to know. I looked at the beverage evaluator and it was not listed. I just tried it last night and it is awesome.

Had fireball a couple of times on the our last cruises. Now we just need them to chill the bottle in the cooler for an even smoother shot. Anybody have the bartenders chill their fireball on their cruise?

Do you just order Fireball Straight up or do you order cocktails? If so what? I've never had it but am always up for a new cocktail to try.

Usually a shot. Simply great on its own. And awesome chilled!

 

I'm sure some mixologists have created cocktails with it, but princess bartenders (and I like most I've encountered) don't always make the best mixed drinks (lots of discussions here). Some of the reason is the mix they use. Others is just the lack of experience.

I order a Fireball with one ice cube. That way, I know how much I'm getting and it's not enough ice to totally dilute the Fireball.

I discovered Fireball whiskey at a package store across the highway from the Princess Denali Wilderness Lodge. I was coming down with a cold and the Fireball made darn good cold medicine. I even liked it in a Coke hi-ball, but mostly sipped it neat.

Since Princess does not have cream soda, and one must bring it onboard it raises a question...

 

is it strange (or even frowned upon) to bring a can or cans of cream soda or any self brought beverage into say skywalkers, crooners, etc and mixing your own?

Mmm, fire ball and Coke, love it. I have agree with comment about the bartenders being inexperienced on the ships, I asked for a hurricane drink on sail away, and neither one of bartenders had ever heard of it as it wasn't on their menu.

I'm wondering about this too as I would rather bring my own diet tonic water that does not have aspartame as well as a few cream sodas. Zevia is my preferred brand which of course they do not have.

Maybe a little tackey alright but not enough that it would keep me from doing it.:o just try to use a glass the same as the bartender would use and probably mix it before arriving.

With or without cream soda I now have another drink to try with my all inclusive beverage package on the Regal. I'm thinking my niece might like it too!! :):):)

There was no Mike's but they did have a hard cider and Seagrams coolers (Mai-tai, Jamaican me crazy, aloha colada, grapetini).
