Yes, the Winemaker's dinner is available on the Royal Princess. Yes, it was worth it. We had two kinds of Mondavi wine, white and red. There were four courses, appetizer, soup, pasta, filet mignon, and dessert.

Hopefully you'll enjoy it as much as we did on the Royal & for our 2nd WM dinner in October 2014 we enjoyed sitting with "Carolyn R" & her friend on the Royal. :)
