problems reserving for freedom cruise 2/1???

I am trying to go on and reserve our excursions for our cruise on 2/1 on Freedom. it says "sorry we can't reserve this right now" when I do anything in the cruise planner. Has anyone else had to deal with this. I was waiting on my brother and his family to decide what they wanted to do and now that they have I can't do anything. I know the ship is in dry dock so would this maybe be why? Would I have a chance to reserve our stuff before we leave or do you think I will have to do it once I get on the ship? TIA

I'd call Royal and see if you can make your excursion reservations over the phone. The website has not been very reliable lately.

I was able to book an excursion this morning using Cruise Planner.
