I received an email my docs are ready. I clicked on the link and it said they were not ready, wait for an email. I then went to my cruise detail and it said documents: issued but that button also produced a blank page. Our cruise is March 1st. Is there an issue or should I just keep checking? When should I get concerned if they don't show up? Thanks

Go to your Countdown to Cruise and under Documents if it says "issued", click "check status". On the next page click on "check status" under Guest Vacation Documents. Then click on Print Document and it will bring up your e-doc booklet. If you click on View Document, you will get a blank page.

The same thing happened to us. I just went to print doc button and was able to see them there.

I just talked with customer service at RCCL due to the same problem. I'm also unable to print or view edocs. Noel told me they felt it is related to

another problem with the cruise planner. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Has anyone checked in at the pier without their documents being issued? We are booked to sail on AOS on 2-8 and my sister's documents have yet to be issued. The rest of our group has ours. We were told that since she has done the on-line check in and printed her set-sail pass that there should be not problems.

  • 2 weeks later...
45 Days was our magic number  We received ours on yesterday. I called RCL @ 48 days & they told me 30 days:eek: So, I guess you never know

Update: 15 days out and my sister's documents finally issued! Don't know what the hold up was, but just glad she got them.

Some common reasons for delay:

You are booked into a group. (whether you know it or not)

You have booked Choice Air.

:)
