Badgertr Posted January 12, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 12, 2015 I received an email my docs are ready. I clicked on the link and it said they were not ready, wait for an email. I then went to my cruise detail and it said documents: issued but that button also produced a blank page. Our cruise is March 1st. Is there an issue or should I just keep checking? When should I get concerned if they don't show up? Thanks Karin Sent from my iPad using Forums
molly361 Posted January 12, 2015 #2 Share Posted January 12, 2015 It may be a little to soon for them to have been issued. We just got ours for our 2/21 cruise a few days ago. Just keep checking.
queenschick9b Posted January 12, 2015 #3 Share Posted January 12, 2015 If you are able to open, but aren't seeing anything check your browser. I was getting that with Chrome and it turned out that it was blocking the site because it wasn't "secure" once I said open anyway, I had no problems. cruisenfever Posted January 12, 2015 #5 Share Posted January 12, 2015 (edited) I received an email my docs are ready. I clicked on the link and it said they were not ready, wait for an email. On the next page click on "check status" under Guest Vacation Documents. Then click on Print Document and it will bring up your e-doc booklet. If you click on View Document, you will get a blank page. Edited January 12, 2015 by cruisenfever

Mangomom77 Posted January 12, 2015 #7 Share Posted January 12, 2015 Click on the "check status" button. Takes you to another page. If you see your name click the print doc button. The view doc button did nothing for me.
Tutone56 Posted January 12, 2015 #8 Share Posted January 12, 2015 Same thing just happened to me. I used IE instead of Firefox and all was well :)
sunset7 Posted January 13, 2015 #9 Share Posted January 13, 2015 I just talked with customer service at RCCL due to the same problem. I'm also unable to print or view edocs. Noel told me they felt it is related to another problem with the cruise planner. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
Susie51 Posted January 13, 2015 #10 Share Posted January 13, 2015 Thanks for info. I'll wait a few more weeks before I try to do anything for our March 22 sailing.
boewok Posted January 13, 2015 #11 Share Posted January 13, 2015 May or may not be related to other issues. Got email yesterday. followed link, selected "print documents" and printed the pages I wanted. I never print the whole thing. It worked for me yesterday. Merion_Mom Posted January 13, 2015 #12 Share Posted January 13, 2015 Thanks for info. I'll wait a few more weeks before I try to do anything for our March 22 sailing. 49 days is the magic number. You should get the email on February 2.
Mangomom77 Posted January 15, 2015 #13 Share Posted January 15, 2015 Has anyone checked in at the pier without their documents being issued? We are booked to sail on AOS on 2-8 and my sister's documents have yet to be issued. The rest of our group has ours. We were told that since she has done the on-line check in and printed her set-sail pass that there should be not problems.

(whether you know it or not) You have booked Choice Air. :)
