Night time

We will be in GT from 1pm-8pm.

 

What is there to do besides Margaritaville after dark? I'm sure the stores will be open, but is there anything else to do but shop and drink? We are bringing some friends on their first cruise and they want to keep it low budget.

 

Are we just going to end up back on the ship for dinner and then staying there?

 

We have been to GT before, but never at night, and I don't remember there being much else to see or do besides the beach... although.... I do love night swimming! LOL

Pretty laid back.

 

There's a couple of hotels in Cockburntown, the Osprey and the Saltraker, that have music some evenings. Usually a soca band that's pretty good.

But they don't get ripping until later.

 

The casino by the cruise center might be open.

 

Take a nice walk along the south beach past the whale to the tip of the island at sunset. That's opposite way from Margaritaville.
