Navigator verandas on Fantasy

What exactly are navigator verandas? Has anyone had one? What did you think of it? Any photos?

 

Navigator's verandahs are more enclosed. That is, where a "regular" verandah is much like a rectangular balcony, the navigator verandah has some of the super structure limiting the view.

 

On the Magic & Wonder they are pretty enclosed with a large, open porthole:

On the Fantasy & Dream the navigator verandahs are what are typically called "partially obstructed" on other cruise lines. Part of the ship's superstructure blocks full views:
