shipfriend_max Posted January 21, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 21, 2015 Hi, does anyone have information when the Canada/NE itineraries for Sep. 2016 are going to be published? And any information regarding the ships deployed there? Thanks! :)
paul929207 Posted January 21, 2015 #2 Share Posted January 21, 2015 Based on past schedules, I would expect Princess to announce them in the next 2 or 3 months
shipfriend_max Posted January 21, 2015 Author #3 Share Posted January 21, 2015 OK, thank you! Any information, regarding ships? Same as 2015, Caribbean and Regal Princess?
BassettMom Posted January 21, 2015 #4 Share Posted January 21, 2015 I'm waiting as well. I want to book the longer cruise from Quebec to Ft Lauderdale, or better yet, to Houston.
shipfriend_max Posted January 21, 2015 Author #5 Share Posted January 21, 2015 I'm waiting as well. I want to book the longer cruise from Quebec to Ft Lauderdale, or better yet, to Houston. I am personally waiting for cruises between NYC and Québec City - let's hope that Bar Harbour will be included! I reckon that Regal Princess sails the 7-nighters from NYC, and Caribben Princess the longer ones between NYC and Québec City...
RetiredNTraveling Posted January 21, 2015 #6 Share Posted January 21, 2015 As it has been said, 2 to 3 months! However, watch out depending on Foliage Forecasts for booking dates! In 2013 we used 2 Foliage Charts and both indicate 1 or 2 week of Oct. Guess what? We took the 2 week cruise and we were 2 to 3 weeks late. Famous tour guide last words; "Up the road in 1/2 a mile is a pretty tree!" However, the one redeeming point was the best lobster we have ever had was at Bar Harbor (Baah Hah-baah as the locals pronounce it). We had our "Maine Lobster at Testa’s Restaurant". We had their “Early Bird Special” which included: an appetizer of Black & Green Olive Tapenade with fresh rolls (superb), a Bowl of New England Chowder (good), a 1 ¼ lbs. Lobster (unbelievably wonderful) and a piece of Wild Maine Blueberry Pie with Ice Cream (great)! If for no other reason I would take the cruise again just to eat at Testa's! :D
