Bars on Navigator of the Seas

Wanna make one bar my "home bar" on NOS! Any suggestions? Also has anyone any info on the R Bar...kinda like that 60's theme?

Depends what you want.

 

If you want inside, with a view outside, I'd go for Viking Crown.

 

If you want inside, with a people watching view, I'd go for the pub or Schooner.

 

If you want outside, I'd go for the pool bar.

Cosmopolitan also has nice views as does diamond club which is next door ( need diamond status for diamond club)

Yes, we tried the R Bar on Legend a while back. Very interesting drinks.

Schooner bar ! The R bar had interesting drinks but the wait staff was a little snobby- IMHO

We loved the bartenders at the Schooner bar! Abel and Eric were there a couple weeks ago and they were Awesome! Also the piano player at night is really good.

We had a great time on our Navigator cruise, and the bartenders at the R Bar played a role. They are friendly, fun, and have real mixology skills. Go early in the week and get acquainted before everyone else finds out how nice this corner of the ship is. Make some friends, learn how to make a better Manhatten, and find yourself stopping here often for a drink, or just to say hi.

Apparently it doesn't like me posting links. Google royal Caribbean r bar menu and one comes up at the top.

I was on the navigator a couple of weeks back love the R bar. Francisco and Fernando make the best drinks. The service was impeccable. Very entertaining to watch them make drinks.

Schooner, the late afternoon/evening staff last December were just great, super bunch:)

 

Abel, Eric, Mercy and Ayu plus others that came and went.
