Where can we find a restaurant that serves a whole fish baked not fried?

The Aruban manner of preparation of fish is "pan fried". The last place I knew which served whole "baked fish" is longer in business. :( If I can think of one I will let you know.

 

For local fresh caught fish I would check out Wacky Wahoo's, Marina Pirata, Zeerover or Tulip.
