MADflyer Posted February 3, 2015 #28 Share Posted February 3, 2015 These were generated as 'scientific' market research randomly based on some set of variables. They only asked age and gender for the background questions at the end, which indicates they were generated based on some criteria. The company supporting the current port satisfaction survey were Qualtrics, a known customer and employee satisfaction survey provider, used by thousands of leading companies. There slogan is "Get the insights you need to make data-driven decisions."
MADflyer Posted February 3, 2015 #29 Share Posted February 3, 2015 I wish I would have done a screen shot of the ports as I completed the Panama Canal section as some were in the Caribbean. Each respondent could only choose 3 regions for future cruise port questions, so no respondent saw all of them. I had chosen Western MED and Western Europe along with Panama Canal. I notice it terminated mine early, when I maybe did not have a port the wanted feedback on included. Some ports included were: Corinto, Nicaragua San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua Oddly only Colon, Panama Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala Santo Tomas De Castilla, Guatemala There were a couple from Costa Rica and Colombia as well, but I do not remember. marci22 Posted February 3, 2015 #31 Share Posted February 3, 2015 I think they were polling recent cruisers. We did a Bermuda cruise in July. They asked what itineraries I was interested in, then it seemed that they were directing questions about ports that were in these locations. AussieVisi2r Posted February 3, 2015 #32 Share Posted February 3, 2015 I did mine and found the end part very interesting. Are they investigating some new itineries and hiding the info seeking in this survey? I loved the would you be interested in.....Galapogus and Morocca type trips. Here's hoping! Rare John&LaLa Posted February 3, 2015 #33 Share Posted February 3, 2015 Got mine today as well. Why they ask you the same questions about your embarkation port is beyond me. I might have some more positive feedback if I were leaving out of San Juan but I don't consider Port Canaveral a port stop. But PC is a port stop for a lot of cruises. Usually a fairly lengthy one to boot
