No, but check their web sites - some stay open late when ships are in port late.

 

Your other option is to skip AI and go pay-as-you-go at Mr. Sanchos, Paradise Beach or (for great snorkeling from the shore) the Money Bar.

As far as I know only Nachi limits the number of guests. PB is huge - you should be fine no matter when you arrive.

Don't forget that when it starts getting dark they are going to close, so you are going to have about 4 hours max.
