Bruges Shop Hours on Sunday

Most of the tourist shops and the museums are open on Sunday, in the season at least. There will be plenty of opportunities to buy tourist tat and delicious chocolate.

Bear in mind that virtually all the lace you see for sale will be made in China. The Lace Centre is open all day and you can see some 'real' Bruges lace. It has mixed reviews though.

Of course Bruges is such a beautiful city it would be worth a visit even if everything was closed.

We were a bit later in the season but the canal cruise started at 10 am by the time we returned the shops were opening around 11 am

some small coffee/pastry shops were open before 10 am

It can get quite busy about noon with tourists & locals alike

Not all the places were open but enough

Enjoy
