Lisa&Neb Posted February 9, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 9, 2015 Looking for an English Catholic Church in San Juan. It will be our 10th anniversary and we would love a blessing. We have tried to find one online and email them but no response. Anyone have any contacts?

sail7seas Posted February 10, 2015 #3 Share Posted February 10, 2015 It's an easy walk from where the ships dock in Old San Juan if you have no mobility issues.

waterbugohio Posted February 24, 2015 #7 Share Posted February 24, 2015 Check my link. There are other churches nearby with weekend English Masses. Sent from my iPad using Cruise Critic Forums mobile app We also want to go to mass in San Juan. Actually both before and after our cruise. We want to find a saturday night mass before sailing on Sunday morning. And then again post cruise on Sunday morning before heading to the airport. We were in San Juan several years back and attended the cathedral for mass. At that time, I thought they had one mass in English??? But according to the link you provide (masstimes), it doesn't show a English mass. Do you know if this site is accurate. I goggled the cathedral, but the website is very hard to figure out
waterbugohio Posted February 25, 2015 #8 Share Posted February 25, 2015 Bumping this up. Anyone local know if any of the masses at the cathedral are in English???
Aviator of the Seas Posted February 26, 2015 #9 Share Posted February 26, 2015 Bumping this up. Anyone local know if any of the masses at the cathedral are in English??? Rarely. Father Cummings used to do an English language mass for Easter at the Cathedral, but he's been moved to another church elsewhere in the San Juan Metro area. Your best bet is the Stella Maris church in the Condado area.
waterbugohio Posted February 26, 2015 #10 Share Posted February 26, 2015 Thanks for the info. Even thought its not the answer I was hoping for. While we can go to Condado the night before the cruise. We had hoped to stay close to old San Jan on the return day, since we will be checking our bags at Barrachino
DopeyRN1 Posted September 21, 2015 #11 Share Posted September 21, 2015 Has anyone gone to Stella Maris? It's the only church with masses in English, so there no other choice, but I was just wondering if it was air conditioned.
