Quiet or secret places on Jewel of the Seas

This is our first time on the Jewel of the Seas and would like to know if anyone has found a special, secret or private spot on board. I ask this because i saw this question years ago about the Carnival Freedom and it was pointed out that you could go through a certain door and end up above the bridge. No one seemed to know about this but us and it became a great spot to watch the islands go by.

 

Will i have any such luck on the Jewel of the Seas?

Not secret, but the outdoor seating aft of Windjammer is very nice. The Solarium is also quieter than the main pool area.

Hello, as above the outdoor dining area of the Windjammer is quiet as not a lot of people discover it until later in the cruise, there are also tables and chairs one deck up outside the Seaview Cafe as that is not open at lunchtime. Indoors, the Colony club is quiet during the daytime.

Usually it's quiet in the VCL too during the day.

Deck 5 outside. There are chairs to sit and read a book or just to relax away from everything else happening on board. There will be very few people walking by.
