TaNyler Posted February 25, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 25, 2015 I was wondering if anyone could recommend any liquor that's exclusive to Grand Cayman or just any liquor you can't get back in the states? Im starting to build a liquor collection and I like getting those bottles that you can't get anywhere else and if you know where its sold thats a plus. Any help is greatly appreciated. wrigley80 Posted February 26, 2015 #2 Share Posted February 26, 2015 If you're in Grand Cayman you have to get a bottle of a Big Black Dick rum. You can't get that anywhere else

TaNyler Posted March 3, 2015 Author #6 Share Posted March 3, 2015 I added Seven Fathoms and Big Black dick to my list. The Seven Fathoms interest me a lot so I may have to get a couple bottles of that. Thanks for the info.
tiger-91 Posted March 3, 2015 #7 Share Posted March 3, 2015 Just in case you're not aware, there are limits (one or two liters per person) to how much alcohol you can legally bring back duty-free. Items which can be brought back from the Caribbean duty-free But, if you bring back more, you just have to pay a tax when you return. Duty-free doesn't seem to be your main goal. Having said all that, I've never been searched when disembarking the cruise to confirm that my declared 750ml was accurate.
