Docking in Roatan.. which pier?

I have only been to Roatan on RCCL and they docked real close to the town. Which pier does Emerald dock at? :)

Carnival (Princess, etc) has it's own complex at Mahogany Bay. It has room for up to two ships at a time. If you look at google maps for Roatan, follow the runway path to the east about 3/4 or a mile and you'll see it.

10-15 minute taxi ride to Coxen Hole.

 

There is a shopping area at Mahogany Bay. Shops that are chain stores much like a small mall that you might have at home.

 

Coxen Hole is more the original, native type shops, although the one you mention is American owned.
