TRAVEL from Laspezia to Florence and Pisa

request information regarding travel by bus and train on our own. We will be in Laspezia Italy on the 05 May 2015. We are there for 12 hours. Any help on traveling will be great. Thankyou

you will see lots of info on getting around in the La Spezia area. The Cinque Terre is right there. Florence is further away, but not hard to do.
