best area on 7_mile with 4 ships in.

We are cruising in on carnival dream in may and after checking we saw there where a total of 4 large ships in that day. We were here in may last year and took bus to calico jacks and had a great day. But wondering if there is another area that might be even better on a busy day, even if we need to pay a little entrance fee.

All of the beaches are public...no "entrance fee". As you've seen, the beaches are fairly narrow...but not EVERYONE goes to the beach! I doubt the beaches will be anymore "crowded" than you found them to be on your last trip! Cruise ship passengers are but a small percentage of vacationers on any island!!!

Public Beach right before Calico Jack but less crowded and way more beach.

Having at least 4 ships in port in Grand Cayman is actually normal.;)

We were just there with 5 ships. Public Beach is less crowded at the far end (south). They were lining up 2 or 3 rows deep by Calico Jack's (even so, still open tables). There's some trees at the very south end, but by late morning they were setting up the inflatable playground down there.

Inflatables are the ones they Blow Up with an air pump thing....

Inflatable s, sounds loud cans crazy. If u had to pick from jacks, royal palms and ???, where would u go?

The inflatable's are in the water and are used mostly by young children and teens. They are devices that you jump and climb on and the cost was 10.00. :)
