How much to tip crew?

We are doing the Stingray excursion with Acquarius Sea Tours. It costs $50/pp. What is an appropriate amount to tip the crew?

Whatever you feel it's worth! We generally tip around $5 from each of us( to the leader of the excursion...they can divide it as they see fit..not to each crew member!!!) for a couple hour excursion...and that's if we feel we got as much or more than we paid for. I've done excursions that were basically transportation...and we didn't fee the need to tip for that. We tip for the experience!

 

So...tip what feels right to you. There really are no "guidelines", like in restaurants!
