Cabana&shore excursions

I am booked on the Feb. 20 2016 Glory cruise and the shore excursions do not load to book a cabana. When I called Carnival, the rep says shore excursions open 120 days before departure. I am sure that is wrong. Looking at the roll calls for people booked on the New years cruises already have booked a cabana which is well over 120 days away. So, when do shore excursions really open up?

I have booked excursions for my upcoming thanksgiving cruise in January so I don't know why you would get the info. Have you accessed Manage My Cruise on the Carnival website? You should be able to book excursions when they become available. Are you talking about HMC cabanas? That should b available but if not, Carnival may be changing their itinerary. That happened to me and I cancelled that cruise and booked another.

for the information. I can access my cruise booking on Manage my cruise but when I try to look at shore excursions I get a "spinning wheel" that never stops. Even tried it on my work computer

I am going to HMC in May 2015. We booked over a year out, the cabanas did not show up until June 2014. Other things slowly show as they confrim what will be offered on your cruise.

Quit messing with the computer, and call Carnival on the phone!
