I also believe the surveys are important. I like to acknowledge outstanding crew members and have been told that is very important to them.

We left the EP yesterday morning and the survey was already in my email when we deplaned in the evening.

What's frustrating is when you're on a back to back cruise and they send the survey while you're still on the ship and they expect you to use your precious internet minutes to answer the survey. Here's an idea: let's make it possible for passengers to log on to the interactive site onboard to answer the survey without using up all our minutes. Can someone figure out a way? Sometimes you have a lot to say while still on the ship and things are fresh in your memory.

My survey came late last night, so nine days after disembarkation.

Last two cruises this year, the survey appeared in the email inbox within 24 hours of leaving the ship. I usually wait several days before I fill it out though while getting back into our pattern.

I got off the ship 3/21, and the survey came on 3/30.
