We will be on the Brilliance April 6-11 We are so excited. Itinerary says docking 7am to 3 pm. As none of us are early birds and do not care to be on a tour. What is the best self travel beach for two active teens? We dont plan on being the first off the boat :) Maybe a leirsurely breakfast and and departing later in the am after the rush. Any suggestions on how to get there also apprecitated!

Seagrape has the watersport rentals.....food/drink, restrooms and lounger/umbrella rentals, there, too! (BTW, ALL beaches are public and free to use! However, the hotels, loungers are not!!)

Hop on the bus and tell them which beach you want to stop at... About 1 block past the tender dock is the bus stop! $2.50 pp....very easy and reliable! When you're ready to come back, stand by the road, and a bus will stop!

Seagrape/Calico Jacks's/Public Beach are all within 200' of each other located on & 7 Mile Beach.

The other transportation option is a mini-bus for 5.00 p/p located just off the pier. There will be locals to direct you to either transportation option.

Fair warning.

Depending upon the age of your teens they may not be allowed to operate a jet ski, even if you sign for it.

One large watersports operator (Red Sail Sports) requires the operator of a jet ski to be at least 15, and cannot take a rider along unless the operator is at least 18. IIRC.
