steamers and irons not allowed

I know that steamers and irons are not allowed, it seems I remember reading about some kind of fabric dewrinkler that some cruisers say they use..Does anyone know what it might be? thanks in advance

She buys DG(dollar general) wrinkle release and swears it's as good or better then the name brands.

Downey winkle release, or you can make you own using 1 part liquid fabric softener to 3 parts water. Buy a trial size empty spray bottle and you're good to go.

The ships also have irons in the laundry rooms for tough wrinkles.

There are irons in the laundry rooms on board. We discovered them on our last cruise on the Sunshine. Free to use and worked really well!

The bathrooms are so small that when we first arrive and get luggage we hang the clothes in the bathroom and put the shower on hot. Are clothes come out wrinkle free and it only takes about 15 minutes to do them all.

Steamers with no metal parts are generally ok....although, if you iron before you pack, your stuff will be fine.

I roll most of our clothes......our dress clothes I leave on the hangers, cover them with a plastic dry cleaner bag and fold them in half on top of our other clothes.

 

No wrinkles.....:D
