CAS Card

I am leaving for a cruise on Sunday. I have a CAS card from 3 years ago. Can I still use this card? Do I have to re-activate it or just start using it? My DH does not know where his is. Will he have to get a new card and start from the begining or can they replace the card with points on old card?

Thank you

On some ships you use your key card in the casino, but usually CAS will have your players card and attached 'free drinks in casino' card waiting for you in your room. I think you can only use points from another ship if it's within the last year or so. However they are revamping their players card system so who knows what may have changed. Just go up to their desk and tell them what ship you were on last and approximately when.

When I was on the Epic I brought my old card. I did receive a new one in my room the first day. I noticed that there were different numbers, so I only used the new one. I assume each sailing gets a new number, or at least each ship.
