CAS- April 1st changes?

Is there anyone just back from a cruise that knows how the new CAS April 1st changes are effecting the Tiers? So much conflicting info out there and I would really like to know what they are telling you on board.

All points revert to zero on April 1st. Your tier for 2015-2106 is based on whatever points you earned from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015. Points do not carry over anymore so if you were on the border of a tier it is to late to make up those points as points start at zero now.

This wouldn't bother me, except, my husband doesn't gamble as much as I do. We saved his points and figured we would just transfer them on the next cruise. If we had known ahead, he would have downloaded and played them.:(

Have they announced any new changes to what you get at each level? I understand that they have reduced some of the things people used to get but they hinted other perks might be coming. One big disappointment to us was that Golden does not get get breakfast/lunch at Cagneys anymore. We were Golden for our last cruise but will be dropped to Hot for this next year.
