Can't do a name change on Code Red Cruise?

My TA talked with Revenue today and was able to make the change. They said that they are completely full. She thinks they may be a few cabins oversold because Revenue was very interested in the fact I had a GS and I

inside room for a total of 4 people. They also apologized for not being able to make the change on Friday when I told them that the airfare went up 75.00 because I had to wait.

 

I also asked why the documents were not ready and they said they should be for this cruise and will look into why they are not there.

Does your online account say the docs are issued but you can't see them or do they say 'not issued'.

When I go to the Cruise documentation tab, it just shows up as a place to change your email that is grayed out.

 

I copied it below:

 

The luggage tab is also missing from the online check in screen.

So your home page doesn't have this configuration....

I see. The home page only has the online check in status and ready to print button.

There is not an area that says Cruise Documentation. What is weird when I look at my September cruise booked through Costco as well, the button is there and looks like your picture. Off to call again.......

They said they will be issued 3 weeks before the cruise even though several members of the roll call received theirs.

 

I had the exact same conversation with them through my TA a few weeks ago, exactly. They then made a HUGE exception and issued them. Someone called 'Joel' at RCL.... 47 days pre cruise.... pretty much everyone else on the roll call had theirs already.
