Hotels for Dec 24-26 FLL?

We will be flying into FLL Dec 24 and cruising out of FLL Dec 26.

 

I have looked at Hyatt Place 17th St, Bahia Mar, Best Western Oceanside, the daily rates are within $20-30 of each other.

 

The downtown area has many restaurants and hotels, in the area used by many cruisers.

 

Since we are staying Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, will restaurants be open?

 

Which hotel would be the best options for restaurants to be open for those days?

 

Will the sun trolley and water taxi run those days?

Bahia Mar is right at the beach and more centrally located than BW. It is a touristy area, so there should be more restaurants open in that area.

Thanks that the information I wanted. No use to have a hotel and not have a restaurant to eat at at that time of year.

Bahia Mar would be my choice also.
