Military rate w/ OBC

I booked Alaska cruise while onboard Summit last week. I have $150. OBC for booking on board. Not 1 2 3 . Can I combine Military rate with Stock Holders benefit ?

Probably not because you have one of the special offers (the on-board booking OBC), but you won't know until you try. Submit the paperwork and keep your fingers crossed.

If the shareholder benefit is greater than your OBC, RCCL will let you have the credit while rescinding the OBC. Don't think you'll get both, but please report back and let us know.

Check the terms. Over at Royal, it can be combined with Resident, Senior and Military rates. We booked the Anthem on board last May for this November. They recently came out with Military rates and DH called to get the $400 reduction. No effect on our OBC. It subsequently went down another $34 but DH won't bother for that small amount. Call them before those rates are gone.

The Stock Holder's deal generally appears to be limited to cases where there's no other deals. However, since it's a Military rate, it's always worth asking as folks have already stated. If you get a "No", then call back at least one more time and try again.

I believe the shareholder benefit is combinable with the military rate. As gormless recommended, phone a couple of times if you're told it the two rates are not combinable.

Not offered on every cruise, but yes, sometimes there is a discount for military, active and retired.

Solstice Alaska cruises in July have Military rate as of yesterday. About $200. less than other rates. pp.
